    Morning All!.
Just got back online at the new digs, we call the place Ravenswood.
I reckon if you can't get a good photo of a bird around this place you need a new hobby!.

With having just moved here and get things sorted out around the place I haven't had all that much time with the camera.
But there's a few shots I've taken in the last couple of days.

Think I'm going to be very happy here!.

    Cheers

It's good to have you 'back' Trev and it looks like the wildlife is already enjoying your company too.

And you know it's going to be called "RAVENSWOOD"

Thanks for the kind words guy's!
I was getting a little twitchy not having time with the camera.
Add to that I wasn't to sure how the Kodak Moments would be around here.
But from what I've seen in the last few days I reckon it all be just fine!.

    Cheers

I'm still getting used to the place.
There's a lot of area up here to cover.
Back at the Shack if you heard a bird call you pretty much know it was nearby.
Up here you hear them everywhere, the trick is finding them in all the trees!.

But we'll start with a view across the valley and some flowers freshened up by an over night rain.

    IMG_7805.JPG IMG_7809.jpg IMG_7813.JPG

I don't know what the flower is that the Herbert bird's are so interested in but their sure having a good go.
The male Blue Wren to the right below may not be as colourful as a few months ago.
But his still looking pretty Dapper in his winter suit.

    IMG_7823.jpg IMG_7829.jpg IMG_7768.jpg

I've seen Scarlet Robins every day since I've been here (it's not to hard to put up with).
The last shots a female Bronzewing down next to the She Oak stand.

    Cheers

What better country shot can you get than a robin sitting on a rusty star post.
You certainly haven't gone downhill with this new place.

Great shots. Your photography has improved immensely since you started this thread 37 pages ago.

Have you thought of joining one of thr websites like Feathers and Photos - Australia's birding and bird photography forum - What's New . The level of critique they off can really turbocharge your learning in bird photography.

    Cheers

Thanks for that mate but I'm a little disappointed, I thought it would be more like a 100 pages by now!.
I know there's a lot of great forums out there for those who take their photography seriously.
But I'd have to say I'm not one of them.
I'm just a point and shoot kinda guy who enjoys his happy snaps!.

Disclaimer: The next line is a joke and not to be taken seriously by anyone for any reason.
As for being critiqued I've been married twice, needless to say I've been well informed of my many failings!

    Some shots from yesterday.

I was pretty happy getting a shot of the juvenile Scarlet Robin cutie little fellow.
