THANK YOU TREVOR for the photos and the cooks tour of the property,
BUT I'm a little jealous of the location, house, land and especially that shed....
WOW mate you've certainly done well for your self.....plenty of room for visitors in a 4 bedroom house, if we're invited!!
Looking forward to seeing the local fauna, flora and of course the shed setup for extraordinary model making....thank you good friend, cheers, Peter

Thanks guys glad you like the place.
I reckon it would be a great place for a GTG!.
I got some fun shots yesterday they involved a good laugh and the three stooges!.
Here's the good laugh, the first Kookaburra I've got a shot of since being up here.

And for what I think are obvious reasons here's The Three Stooges!.

Plus a few of their entourage.

It Sorta Kinda drizzled rain most of the day so the camera stayed inside.
But here's a few shots of some of those weird things growing here and there around the place.

Trev thats some place you've got. If you hold a GtG sorry to say the shed would not e big enough for the invasion of desperate members who like myself would be drooling over your replica bikes.

Toadstools. We have to go searching every morning to pick them so Ossie (our dog) doesn't eat them - he gets high on them if he finds any.
Good shots Trev

I didn't have much time with the camera yesterday.
I seem to find myself in the shed a lot (I don't know why).
But I did take some snaps while on coffee brakes!.

I really like the first shot of the Herbert bird just a shame about the stick right across the frame.
IMG_8134.jpg IMG_8139.jpg IMG_8142.jpg
Even though their all over the place the hardest bird to get a photo of at the moment is the Tassie Thornbill.
They just wont sit still!.

Morning Folks.
It was a beautiful day down here yesterday and not to hard to find something to take a photograph of.

The shot to the left below is a Black Currawong and the one in the middle is a Butcherbird that's caught a wasp.

Although the day was patchy weather wise I was really happy with some of the shots I got.
IMG_8235.JPG IMG_8240.jpg
It was day of couples with the Lady Herbert Bird making an appearance along with her spouse.
IMG_8246.jpg IMG_8244.jpg
Great to get a shot of Mrs Herbert as I've only seen the female Eastern Spinebill a few times.
My goodness that last line makes me sound like a bird nutter (never mind having fun).
Another couple on the day was a Scarlet Robin with his better half.

Taking photos really does make for a nice brake in the days work! (Not that I could ever call what I do working)
