Congratulations Trevor,
A great win - well deserved and undoubtedly the item with the most hours put into it and built from scratch.

Congratulations Trev. Well deserved as it would be the only exhibit there that started from nothing whereas all the others started from an actual base.
Your name is obviously getting around with all the shows you are turning up at. Won't be long before they are crowning you "King of Tasmania".Dallas

Having some down time on the Brough I thought I'd finish my display for the Indian.
Since making the plinth and free standing poles for the resent Exhibition in Hobart.
The last thing I'd like to have is a sign on an easel that gives some idea of just what the bike and my work is all about.
Not long ago fletty came up with an Indian advertising sign he'd spotted.

I really like the Indian head logo it's got a ton of creature about it.
I think it would make for a great Indian come Repliconics sign.

I've made a start by printing the Indian head onto a piece of A4.
Then I've drawn 20 evenly spaced vertical and horizontal lines over it to make a grid.
IMG_0070.jpg
From that I've enlarged it by about two and a half to one.
His still a work in progress but from what's been done so far I think I should be able to reproduce a fairly accurate image.
I was talking to Charlie about it the other night and he came up with some pretty good slogans.
I don't think I should use Tayne's line of "Repliconics Turning S#*t Into Chandeliers"
If anyone has any ideas for a good line that helps describe just what the heck my work is I'd love to hear them.
But can we try to stay a little less provincial than my sons effort! (as much as I like it)
Cheers
Trev.

Trev,
I don't think you could use "turning" in your catchphrase

Repliconics, turning pasta into pastiche
