OK, you guys have sucked me in. I wanna learn the top secret handshake, but you can save your suggestive winks for yourselves!
Sign me up for any two of those slots on Friday before 2pm, I wanna get back to the good part of town before all the city workers decide to knockoff for the weekend.

You are a legend Kuffy, thanks for volunteering. Have a suggestive wink for free, seeing as how you are now officially "one of us".

Friday is looking reasonable now but lets see if we can fill the last three spots.
Saturday needs a lot of help particularly in the 2-3pm timeslot, but we really need two people in as many spots as possible. Surely people are going on Saturday.
Sunday is still a little sparse. We really need people for the 10am shift if nothing else.
I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, or is that just the headlight of an oncoming train?
Cheers

With the deafening silence of volunteers, there will not be too many of us to sign the agreement.

Four days to go
Its nearly too late!
3 spots to fill on Friday and Sunday and a whole SEVEN SPOTS that still need filling on Saturday.
In addition to the show specials I hear that there will be rare pokemon at Caulfield Racecourse just waiting to be caught as well
Who will put their name in a red box and turn it green?

Really not very hard or tiring when all you need to do is hand out a flyer and chat about the forum if people want to know more.

What is on on Saturday that is more important than the Wood Show (except the turning at Phillip Island).
It looks like it is going to be lonely for the three of us currently rostered.
I have manned the Melbourne Forum stand each year since it was started and this is the poorest response yet.Tom

There's actually four rostered on for Saturday - dont forget Simplicity is rostered as coordinator and will be working his butt off all day, making up the shortfall as things stand at the moment.
It would be nice to get some more spots filled on Saturday to make it a bit easier on him. He will be backing up after a busy Friday on which there is also a shortfall for him to fill. Is another three people for two hours each on a Saturday too much to ask in a city the size of Melbourne?
Well last year the roster filled up ok without the help of those who go to the Turnaround. Where are they this year? Surely it is not the venue. Caulfield is so much better than Jeff's Shed.
Cheers

To all my comrades in arms, soon we will be in range of the biggest fight of your life.
You will soon be sent a coded message.
Please do not show any of the infidels.
containing a secret hand shake code,
and wink pattern.
Also, you will receive two digits which are to be used on the end of the 8 digits on my mug shot. Via a mobile device.
To gain entrance into the enemy's camp on Friday or Saturday only.
May the force be with you and strong.

Did you mean fight of your life or FRIGHT of your life.
I am in possession of the secret two numbers and promise not to divulge them even under duress or torture. The Forum polo shirt will be worn.Tom

MELBOURNE T&WWW Show 2016 FORUM STAND - HELP
So what is everyone looking for at the show.
I'm opening to grap some more timber.
My main reason for attending.
Some burls, gidge, maybe some Huon pine.
Properly go home with more veneer.
I'm after some small tool steel for some tool ideas.
Possibly a block plane.
I wish I could buy some shed time there I would get a ton of that if available.
A few consumables, sandpaper, maybe saw files if the price is right plus coffee off course.
Have a few gift vouches for Carbtec
So will be seeing what there offering.
No big ticket items tho [emoji20]
