Thanks mate it is good being back working the shed.
Although yesterday was a bust, it rained like nobodies business down here.
Talk about when it rains it pours.
No joke I would've just about had to swim to the shed!.
Luckily for us the priority is on a hill and the water runs off very quickly.
But all of the water tanks are full to overflowing, so that's a bonus!.
I'll go down into town later where I'm sure gumboots will be all the rage.
Cheers
Trev.

I'm making good but slow progress on the frame.
Most of the problem has been in finding good reference pictures.
For a Motorcycle that is so well none, detailed photos are proving hard to find.
I've started by making the down tubes to the motor and the four mounting plates that hold the engine in place.
This is best picture I could find of the tubes and plates.

It's a year earlier than my Brough, but it looks like only a few minor changes where made in that time.
At the moment I've got the mounting plates made from MDF.
I should have some photos soon, when it all starts to make a little more sense.
I'm getting back into a good routine now, out in the shed working on the Brough from around 2:30 or 3.
A cupper at about 7, after which I take photos around the place till 10 or so.
Then back working on the Brough.
Hopefully it shouldn't take to long to start making some real progress on the bike.
Cheers
Trev.

It's incredibly helpful fletty!.
Because I can do this with it.

I don't need to know the length of the tubes only the angles.
Problem solved mate, your a legend!
Cheers

A bit of a footnote:
If your wondering why the front wheel looks so far below the horizontal?.
It's because the suspension has fallen and locked itself out.
