Nice going on the dresser.
After seeing the contrast between the timbers after the finish has been applied I am not sure if the draws distract from the top. Can I please request that you take another photo showing more of the side?

Away for the weekend. Will try to remember to post another pic next week, but I can tell you the sides are the same timber as the drawers. Only the top is camphor laurel.
I have made several pieces using laminated camphor laurel. I like camphor laurel, and especially the book-matched laminates, but when the entire cabinet is camphor it can look a bit "busy".
