Spoons Gallery in Australian Woodworker Magazine
The current issue of the Australian Woodworker Magazine has a Gallery page featuring a selection of some of my better spoons.
I have the Cooroora Woodworkers Club to thank for the exposure - they sent a copy of our monthly newsletter to AW and the magazine saw a couple of my spoons in out newsletter. I guess the spoons theme fitted in quite nicely with David Stanley's articles on love spoons.
It's been quite month for me, as Bungendore Wood Works Gallery have been kind enough to have a small selections of my spoons on display in their Gallery.
Cheers
Jeff

Congratulations on the interesting designs and the recognition which is obviously deserved. You'll like the Bungendore mob... great guys to deal with and their gallery is about as good as it gets for wood art any where in the world.

Nothing normal but a bowl void that could hold a little liquid.
We need far more of these. How cheerfully different.

Congratulations Jeff on the recognition. But mostly on the high standard of work you have demonstrated with your daring and elegant designs, worked and finished with such sensitivity to your material. Evident even on a printed page. I'm sure seeing the real objects would add a dimension both visually and to the touch as well.

Thank you David for your kind and encouraging words. I'd be tickled pink having anyone say nice things, but from someone so highly skilled and widely regarded, that's a 'wow' for me.
Regards
Jeff
