I've had a look on the web, but can't find it, a few years back I saw a picture of a pair of ring spanners used as handles like these but one end of the spanner had been twisted around so both the rings were in the same plane. The effect was such that it looked much more like a handle and you had to look twice to see it was formed from a ring spanner.

Well, after a considerable net search, I dunno what it is, but I do know what it's not. It is not an Obstruction Ring Spanner, but it's pretty damn close. An ORS Has a similar handle (although slightly asymmetric) but the rings are set perpendicular to mine, so the rings and handle are all in the same plane.
Where's crowie or lappa when you need 'em?

BTW, I even have a small double header Adjustable Spanner, which is quite a talking point.

https://de.gedore.com/en/products/ou...ange/spanners/
or Wikipedia
