Congratulations Dalboy. A well deserving winner. I am sure your prize will be well used (and might get written up).
Guess the rest of us will need to consider purchasing the package.
Thank you to Ubeaut (Neil) for organizing and running the Prize Draw.

Some interesting statistics.
This Prize Draw had:
- 473 entries - 408 done correctly the other 68 were deleted for they left their signature in their posts, replied with quote or adding something else. All contrary to the rules
- 160 posts from long term members going back as far as 2001, who had less than 10 posts. Over 60 posted for their first time in 15 or more years of lurking membership.
- had 318,672 views. Around 5,000 were bots from search engines the other 313,000+ were multiple views by members or guests/web surfers
- 592 views by individual members. Meaning 184 either deemed not to enter or were some of those who entered more than "I'm in" and were deleted.
- Entries from a number of new members who will hopefully stick around.
All in all a pretty good result all round for the forums.
Cheers - Neil

Thanks Neil, It just took me back 1/2 way through the thread which seemed counter intuitive to where you would expect to find the latest result.
Dalboy is a very deserving recipient. The person who never made a mistake never made anything

You must have been looking at a cached version of the first notice which went to post # 1as the 2nd notice saying the draw had been done went directly to post # 411 and 3rd notices Redraw went directly to post # 432 both went directly to where they were supposed to be.
(and for gawd's sake don't tell me I was 3rd )

Gee's Neil, don't tell Ray that! And to rub salt in to the wound you deem him 'Not Needed'. Ouch!
Now there's no option for him but to console himself with his beverage of choice.
Congrats to Dalboy and commiserations to all my fellow losers... I mean non-winners.
Thanks to Professional Tooling for putting up a prize that so many of us clamored after. They've certainly generated some interest for the forum.

Thank you all for the congratulations, no one is a loser as we all win by being part of a great forum no matter what field of woodwork you may persue. I certainly have met many great people through it and also gained some great knowledge. Long may it continue and all of this is due to Neil who I can imagine does a lot of work behind the scenes.
I will certainly put the saws to very good use in my pursuit of this great hobby which I enjoy so much.

Derek, you won’t be disappointed as the two smaller saws I bought arrived today and WOW they are superb!!
So ladies and gents of the forum, I can highly recommend these saws.
Cheers crowie.
