LEGO Display Table
My son built this Lego model & was looking for somewhere to put it so he made this table, not bad for a first attempt at woodworking after drawing it in Sketchup which he hadn't used before. I had a 3 metre board of Sapele that I donated to the project, Fletty donated the Minwax to finish it. It was all his work apart from some dodgy advice from me as I was not well during the build.

I'd dare say that Drew is a better woodworker than you Chris

I was expecting a table with heaps of colourful plastic blocks as used by little kids (and trodden on by adults) scattered all over the place. Turns out to be big boys toys very nicely displayed. Lovely fine lines on the table, a real credit to Drew, especially as it is one of his first woodworking projects.

Very nice. I have the MF set as well and seeing all the chat around the web I reckon it could be a good little money maker as it really is the best way to display it considering the size.
