A new little lidded box
First small lidded "box" for a while. Came across a few blanks that have been in the shed for about two years, this one looked about right to turn. Made from black bean and silver ash, it measures 50mm x 50mm. I inserted some red lancewood, (aka dead finish), to take the hand chased threads. Reasonably happy with the outcome.

I would be 'reasonably happy' with that box too!
Good to see you haven't lost your touch Jim.

Top shelf as usual. Are you still finding buried treasures to side track cleaning up? I think that you have a clever ploy there, leaving blanks for "ron."
