Nice cool day today. BIL popped in and with help from him and SWMBO, shed is up.
Also got the extractor shed in place. Snug fit but the sliding door to the left is not blocked so all is good.

Looks like the same shed I put up to house my dust extractor. Great to get it out of the woodworking area to reduce the recycled dust.

I think Lappa plays with pallets.
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

No pallets where used in this construction. In fact I have never used pallets.
Next door however has a plethora of the units and they seem to be breeding

Good days work. The dust extractor is back in the extractor shed, all hooked up and ready to go.

Now I can start moving all the non wood working paraphernalia out of the main shed and into the storage shed

Final touches to the extraction system. Not pretty but functional

I've managed to squeeze my dust extractor and compressor into my little shed. Gets the noisy direct drive compressor out of the main shed.

What is your piping and drum for outside as you seem to have a filter on the extractor?

After modifying the system to 6” in and out, I found the filter couldn’t handle the increased airflow. Originally I had added a 6” inlet to the separator and blocked the 5” inlet so I unblocked the 5” inlet, turned it into an outlet and fed it into a Thien filter in the blue drum. It makes close on 100cfm difference.
I like the idea of the compressor in the small shed- I’ll do that myself when I get a decent compressor / just a cheap Ferris unit from Aldi at the moment.

Crowie. It’s based on the classic Thien extractor. Here’s a couple of photos. Let me know if you want further info. I can provide some websites to visit.

Shed light
I wanted lighting in the shed but not enough to run 240v in.
i was buying some items at Bunnies and I came across a Gardenpro Security Solar Light. 1000 lumens and two brightness settings. The guy I spoke to said they were great so I bought one.
Works a treat
