1/27 off highway truck
As you may remember, a few weeks ago I posted a mining truck I wasn't happy with. That is why I was looking for an alternative that would fit my 1/27 lowboy trailer. After some research, I decided to take the Caterpiller 770 as inspiration.

Below is my progress, I'm happy so far. The dowels need to be trimmed down later. The wheels are bought but do not quite fit the model. However, I don't like making wheels myself.

Yes the big tread tyres are painstakingly slow but they look great finished Bob.
