Heavy heavy heavy cabinet door hinge, help please!!

So here's the story, I've got a very naughty beagle, which loves to chew my partner shoes, so I've no choice but to make her a nice shoes cabinet, I was planning to use pine but then I realize what is the point since the house is full of hardwood furnitures. Then the frame and pieces already done and now it's the final stage which is my main problem, the cabinet door, it's 1800x600x35, solid heavy nice piece of furniture, it's made out of Marri and jarrah, now, how to put the door to the frame! It's weight roughly 35kg each door, I went to bunnings to look for concealed hinge, also it has been designed to be install inset hinge, no changes can be made, the only option is to put 8 inset hinge each, or self closing hinge, but, can it support the weight? Anyone done like this before and got better idea? I haven't drill anything yet, or any idea where to get some nice heavy duty hinge? Thanks!!

Give Blum a call and ask what the weight rating is and how many you will need

Looking at the Blum catalogue, their thick door hinge is suitable for doors up to 32mm thick.
Other info states that 5 hinges are used for a door weighing 22KG.
Seems your door may not be suitable for the hinges from Blum or any type of "kitchen" cabinet hinges.

Could the door be split up the guts to make 2x1800x300? That would halve the weight of each door.

Instead of the 8 or so concealed hinges that you would need (based on an extrapolation of the info from blum and hafele -which only go to 5hinges/22kg- which I don't even know is meaningful) why not use three heavy duty butt hinges or if the carcase is too thin for adequate screw length then how about a piano hinge - a 600mm piano hinge could bear about 25kg so it would easily bear the weight.

I've got my bench top on hinges, which including the vice must weigh around 25kg's. I just used 3 big door hinges from the hardware store and it doesn't move at all. However I think that if the hinges are mounted vertically (as with a door) I'd want some more or bigger hinges. I think Michael might be on the money with the piano hinge.

Thanks guys, but piano ginger just doesn't look nice :(.. However, problem solved, I bought solid brass hinge, 4 per door, nice and solid, with a lock ball on top to stop it from moving!! Definitely European cabinet hinges wouldn't work..zzz.. Classic is always the best! Also, I've got two doors for the cabinet, so it couldn't be splitted :)
