Team,
I have a 1/4” trim router and am looking for a bit that is smaller in diameter to the bits pictured below. I can’t find any smaller than than the 12.7mm.

I have however found a 9.52mm double bearing tracing bit, but I need to be able to cut into endgrain and not just trim.
Does anyone know of any on the market?
would I be able to sleeve a regular 8mm straight flute so the sleeve sits against a template acting as the bearing. Could this work?
i know where the stresses would be on the router but for the double bearing but don’t understand why they could make it at 9.5 but the one pictured 12.7.
eager to hear thoughts.
