Repco Power Surface Grinder
Some time ago I asked for help about an S3 Repco Power Surface Grinder. No answer was the stern reply! Today I Found this information from the 1965 Sydney Machine Tool Exhibition. I hope it may be of interest or help to members. I have the same info for S6 and S16 machines. 1965 Machine Tool Exhibition Sydney
REPCO POWER Horizontal Spindle Precision Surface Grinding Machine Model S3 18’’ x 6’’ x 13’’ fully hydraulic with pressure lubrication manufactured, at Bayswater Victoria.
Table speed. 85 ft./mm. infinitely variable; max. traverses 20’’ 61/4 x 13'’ wheel height; wheel size, 7in. x l’’ x l1/4’’.
This machine will be fitted with form projection device and optical dressing attachment.
Two machines will be on display and demonstrated. Wheel head motor, 2 h.p. Repco, Stand 22, Hall 5. Please see below for the details. My computer skills leave a lot to be desired. Sorry about that!
