Half mask respirator/dust mask dripping from breath condensation
I tried the RZ mask and didn't like it - just never felt like I could get a good fit.
So I switched to a 3M half-mask (or half-face?) dust mask (Access Denied)
I find it fits much better and has a tighter seal. So on that front I think it is a win!
The only downside that is pretty annoying is that after wearing it for a bit, visible condensation builds up inside the mask from my breathing, and this eventually drips out the front of the mask and onto stuff I'm working on. My guess is the silicon mask doesn't allow it to breath as much, hence the build up of condensation.
Is this a common problem? Short of stuffing something absorbent inside or taping it to the outside, any tips on how to avoid this?
