Sheds
hiya to all, been browsing a couple days and seems like a good friendly place so thought i would join as i have a few uestions i hoping someone can help me with.
Got a nice patch at the bottom of the garden so thought lovely i'll plop a shed there. going to be building it myself but am wondering how to go about placement.
i privately rent my home but have got permission to build a 12x12ft shed but i'm not allowed to lay concrete or slabs or anything like that so the only real option i have that i know of is dig a trench and lay breeze blocks (concrete blocks) and sit the shed on that. would this be ok do you think? or does anyone else have any ideas? i could just slab the area but not cement the slabs in place?
any help would be grand
thanks to all

Danny,
Welcome to the forum.
Concrete blocks supporting the bearers for a wood or sheet floor would be the best option in the UK climate. You could lay pavers on a gravel base but it would be cold and damp.

it would only be there for less than 5 years as we plan to move before then.
