Chain of Custody ?

Chain of Custody - Fine Timber Tasmania - Legal, Responsible Management of Tasmania's Timber Resources.</

Does anyone here have any experience of this system or is part of it?

Is it worthwhile participating or just another way for FT to ramp up prices and commit people to purchasing Timber from their own forests and higher and higher rates..?

It seems a good idea in some ways but with the current debacle over the new Forest Agreement and the uncertainty of the STU's access plus the need to increase the value of their stockpile in the long term (they r broke) could see it being troublesome if u want good stock and good local prices..
