Milky Varnish
As above boat was under cover but water got in and puddled in the bottom.
Some of the lower planks are milky.
Clinker hull.
Do I have to strip the entire plank or possible to patch re coat.
Have no experience with coating so any advice appreciated .

Mix up a 50/50 mixture of olive oil and vinegar. Apply along the grain with a soft cloth. If you need more "removal" use straight white vinegar on the cloth. Some might suggest baking soda and toothpaste, but these tend to be abrasive, which isn't good for clear finishes, generally.
