The directions got a bit lost in the original thread, so here is the URL for the AWR site where the pdfs are hosted.
Of course, despite what I thought was careful editing there are still errors. Most are minor & there is nothing you can't work out, I think. Just check the dimensions given in the diagrams, there are a couple where they don't match the scale of the drawing, but you will soon figure those out once you start making your templates.
