Anyone use this dimension saw ?

Hi Guys,
I am trying to get some user feedback on saws like this.
I wonder what are the downsides of such setups compared with sliding table saws ?

Not sure what they are called on your side of the ditch :)
It is a 300mm but also considering the 250mm.

I had planned on getting a sliding table saw but was taken by some videos of the sliding left bed dimension saws.

I am a one man band making a few cabinets in solid wood.The occasional sheet of ply or mdf slides by
Been using a 50 year old 10 in tilt top table saw so this will be a quantum shift :)
Staying single phase.

Looks pretty much like the panel saws that cabinetry places use.

All the ones I have seen ( AND USED ONCE OR TWICE ) are large, accurate and bloody great to use.

Looks similar to this one being offers by Woodfast here in OZ .
I'm considering the next one down the page ,it has the sliding table with out the panel extension table.
Three reasons why not the bigger machine , 1 the price , 2 I don't have the space . 3 , I rarely cut large sheet goods .
