Hi, I've been struggling to get a spare part to a range hood that we've just installed. Our fault one of the rail slide out parts dropped somewhere.
I've left 3 messages and and email and getting nowhere. Are there any third parties around that supply spares? I've done a search but can't find much.
New place we're looking at building uses Technika so not filling me full of confidence on customer service.
