Is the photo one you tried? It's pretty impressive. Might have to get some walnuts on the way home.
Works best with fresh/green walnuts.
Just gave it a go and works alright! Seems to work better on the flats than corners though.
Then you can eat it and it will taste like walnuts.:D:D

It's not due to any magic properties of the walnut, just walnut oil; virtually any oil would do the same thing.
Furniture revivers contain vegetable oil or varnish which simply clarifies the surface, thereby disguising small scratches. The scratches don't disappear, the oil merely reflects the wood/colour deeper within.
