Another one of those 'Great Suppliers' threads
This one's for Timberbits.
I had an order turn up and I'm pretty sure the courier drove over the box a few times before it got to my doorstep. All but one of the kits was damaged in some form. A phone call and a couple of emails and the next day the whole order had been resent :2tsup:
The issue was with the courier, certainly not with the supplier and to have handled the order in the manner it was shows that there are still companies out there that understand customer service.
Just wanted to post a public 'thank you' to Vera for the help on this one... gotta go put some pens together and get them in the mail now :D

I placed an order after lunch on Thursday, having a coffee break at 10 on Friday, when the delivery arrived.
