Picked up a couple of old tools at one of our OP shops .Looking for any information ,eg age, collectable ,ball park value. All I know is that the wrench is made in the USA, the snips in England and the drill in Germany .Thanks in advance.

My Dad had all of those things in his shed when it burned down 43 years ago. :(
Those tin snips look a lot like what you would call "gut pinchers":D
That drill looks like one I liberated recently
It seems to be missing a handle to screw into the threaded bits near the bottom
It is also probably 2 speed - move the handle you have to the other side and up a bit and you'll find it spins the chuck faster (at least it does on mine)
I think your nameplate is different from mine - mine seems to be distributed by MacPhersons
Ah now that's a cordless drill and 2 speed at that.(well it was when I started my time as an apprentice)
Regards Rod.
Not the same brand, but might give some insight to that missing handle:

Not familiar with the wrench but the drill is a German brand that must have been fairly common.
There always seems to be one or two on eBay and Gumtree.
My father has one the same.
There is a thread here with some history: https://www.woodworkforums.com/f152/ixion-hand-drill-78756
Apparently the company still exists.
Gilbow, the brand I associate with snips, even brought out a "no-nip" version.
Irwin now owns the brand but I think they are still made in the UK.
