Builder recommendations please! - Sunshine Coast (Nambour)

Hello Folks,

The design of our upcoming new house at Nambour is in its final stages, and it's probably high time that I started compiling a list of Builders who might be worth getting quotes from...

The house itself will be nothing fancy - a single-storey brick-veneer, with a timber floor and a tiled roof. The site is moderately sloping, so the chap we eventually choose would also have to be somewhat earthworks-savvy.

Any recommendations of good-quality fairly-priced small-ish Builders who regularly do this type of construction would be most welcome (as would PM's with details of any particular Builders up that way that you think would be best avoided...)
