Mistakenly used top coat instead of base coat?

I mistakenly used Gyprock Ultra-Top™ to bed in paper tap for all horizontal joins in a room ( I thought I was using Gyprock Ultra AP™) can Igo over this now with Gyprock Ultra AP™ or Base Coat 60 for the second coat?
