Rust Prevention on Handtools
What an age old question.
As a teenager starting to acquire my first handtools, I started a habit of keeping a spray like "DW40" up to my tools.
However, for a number of reasons it is far from ideal (none the least because someone told me that it is actualy corrosive to metal over time).
But what other options are there that is as easy?
What do other people do?
I have just spent a busy 6 months where I did not get to my tools often but now my planes, hammer, squares, sliding bevel etc are rusty and need to go back to the wire brush.
