My eaves paint is that old that it has suffered peeling partly due to gutter overflow etc.
The eaves soffit is fibre cement or CFC.
Ok I can sand but how do you fix peeled paint so when its over painted to look flush as if new?
Paint doesn't sand flush easy on the edges of the peeled paint?
Clear as mud?
