Man looking for a workspace to share

I am looking to lease a small factory/shed space in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, have started looking in the Thomastown area but am flexible for the right place.

Appears to be more viable to lease a place a little larger & share costs with a like-minded woodworker.

I have a bunch of equipment including a forklift, which may be mutually useful.

I am starting a business in value-adding to green timber (drying & resawing) some ripper Australian native species, & am really fair dinkum about the project.

I am pretty much independent as far as equipment goes, just need an equally mad woodie looking to roll the dice on their long awaited woodworking dream.
