Hello everyone and advise needed

Mark here,and let me first say what a wealth of knowledge this fourm is..Okay I am planning a major project and need help. I am in the process of constructing a solid jarrah sink for my bar and I need some ideas how to do it.

First of all I will be in possession of a 3 x .5 jarrah slab 50mm thick. I am think about laminating 125mm x 125mm x 4 the sink itself and mounting it under the top. now all I need is to remove the access to mould and form the sink..Quistion.Am I reaching for the sky? I know this has been done before as I seen this in York Wa.

Any help would be good.
