Patchwork Pen Tutorials

Hi All

I have been watching the pen swap and there are some great patchwork pens (Samelias mum has taken a shine to them). Has any posted a tutorial on how to do it? I did a quick search but couldnt find one. Is it a straight forward as sticking lots of bits to wood together or is there more too it?

Wasnt quite the same but guess the principle was the same. The one I saw was here near the bottom of page one
