Can't seem to find plans taking full advantage or demonstrating or getting to know etc.

I think you'll find that book is only for the router table fence systems Barry. I'm not aware of any publications for the mitre gauges, however, there is this Youtube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK6vhnuo5AM
I would have thought that any of the project plans put out by other manufacturers would be readily adapted to the Incra gauge.

after that, I'm not sure what else to suggest.
A miter gauge is a fairly simple tool used to present a piece of wood to a table saw blade at a set angle (in your case the angle is adjustable in 1° increments). Gauge enhancements include stops to allow repetitive cutting to length.
Ideas for uses of a miter gauge are most likely contained in books on making the most from your table saw
