Bunnings no longer stock Diggers Clear Casting and Embedding Resin and have no supplier for any other brand. Just wondering if anyone knows where Diggers can be purchased from. I would hate to think that Bunnings was the only supplier.

Stratco I think were stockists but I have never checked. Give them a call and see if they carry it.
Thanks, will do
Buy Trojan on ebay . much cheaper and just as good .
Ted
Barnes also does casting resin which seems much the same (although isn't yellow when not set).
Contacted the manufacturer of Diggers resin and advised that it is no longer being made.
Seems that Bunnings now sell Protite resin.
Just remember, Diggers Clear casting Resin was just a brand of Polyester Resin (PR), there are many other PR suppliers and heaps cheaper. Bunnies was always just a convenient place to buy small volumes of PR.
Bought a tin of Protite from Bunnings. The info on the tin says that it is "crystal clear". This is not correct. It is a brown colour and sets the same colour. Supposed to be for casting and Embedding ????
Take what is left back to Bunnings, you didn't receive what you paid for. Shouldn't matter that the tin is 98% empty. You assumed that the brownish colour would turn clear when it set.
Diggers casting resin seems to have disappeared, probably because so many tins were returned because the product was a yellowish colour.
Let us know how you get on.
Alan...
Will do

cheers ian
Will do. What paper do you use to print on and wrap around the tube. Do you seal the paper before applying to the tube. Appreciate your advice.
