This thread is timely......since I saw Nick Agar, English Woodturner at Turnfest, he showed very briefly what a platter can look like with some air brushed features. Just yesterday I bought a small air brush kit from Bunnies. Its a very basic thing but it will allow me to "have a fiddle".
So in answer to your question, I would be an interested party to pick up some methods of air brushing. I don't know if I have any aptitude for "Art", but will certainly give it a go
Why not run a Poll?
Maybe describe a bit more about what involved?
Responses could be
a) Yes I am very interested and would post in such a forum.
b) Unlikely to post but am interested in reading about developments
c) Am not interested in posting or reading about this topic
I think rats ring is covered in c)
I'll go "B", till I know what I'm talking about.
