Need a Part for a Jorgensen 10" Quick Release Vise

I bought a Jorgensen 10" Quick Release Vise at a swap meet. The Quick Release mechanism is there but the threaded insert is missing. I know the company stopped operations a couple years ago. Anyone have this part for sale? Is there a source for this part? I would greatly appreciate any leads? Thanks. Gary R.
