Hyco scroll saw restoration - help needed

I’m part way through a hyco scroll saw restoration.

Now I’m getting close to reassembling the scroll saw, I have been looking at my options for the blade connection to the saw.
Currently I have two bolts at each end that are tightened to hold the blade in place.
I believe this design is inefficient and I remembered seeing a better design on this forum. As depicted the following design is what I would love to get my hands on.

I have no metal work equipment to make a pair of these myself. Does anyone know where I can get some of these turned or else can help out?
Thanks in advance
Cheers stew
