CNC Machine in Southern Sydney/Wollongong Area

I am building a router table with total electronic control and when I finish some of it I would like to duplicate the parts on a CNC machine in MDF. I will supply files from Fusion 360 fully dimensioned for the exercise to make it easier. I want to do this to save anyone who wants to do the same all the problems I have faced and still struggling with and if these components are done on a CNC it will make the build a relatively simple plug and play exercise and save the many, many hours of work & frustration I have had. I suppose it could be done anywhere but I want to use the first lot myself to prove the concept and anything that comes off a CNC router will be way better than what I have done. I would like to use Melamine board as it comes finished and is one less problem to deal with in finishing or painting.

I can't edit the heading but the Southern Highlands or further down the coast would also work for me.

No, I haven't finished the first major component which I have started and rebuilt four times now due to refining it and some plain stupidity on my part.

yes, its the age old problem...how to build a CNC Router without having a CNC Router.

If I understand correctly, you have made all the parts by hand and now you want to replace them allwith pretty CNC machined parts?

That's the idea Steve. It will make the idea less frightening and more accessible to those who want to have a table like this but see the work involved and the concept a hurdle they can't jump.

Mike (MandJ) has developed the whole thing and has written all the coding for it himself which was a massive task on its own. In the end I hope to have made a system that all the electronics can be bolted onto and the software will be available at no cost as well. The conventional router table is an expensive device that has always been a compromise in my view.
