Reclaimed Timber Trestle Table

Our front entry gained some new furniture. The timber came from the construction of my parents house over 30years ago. These left over beams have been leaning up against the house in the backyard ever since. Once the grey was planned off they were very different underneath. The dark ones look like Blackwood and are much heavier than the tastiest oak/ vic ash ones on top.

The frame is 20mm round for the legs with hand punched mortice and tenon joins. The rails are 16mm round. Finished with Blo & beeswax.
