Hi All
Hope you are all keeping safe
I am the proud owner of Holytek HB 600 Bandsaw but it came without a fence which I am now out looking for .
I am just asking if some one has one to sell
Cheers Garry

I made a version of this fence.

It works better than the factory fence that came with the saw. I did post on it with pics a few years ago but cant remember whose thread it is on.

Thanks a million for your replies Great advice
My 24" ACM saw also came with a round rail and the fence was missing.
I made my own to suit the round bar and was really happy with it up until the last few months.
As good as it is, it doesn't come off the saw without removal of the blade.
I have found myself bothered with it as I am cross cutting occasionally, sometimes I've propped up the rear of my full length fence with blocks stacked high,
so I can squeeze some thin stock underneath the fence!
Sounds like great practice doesn't it ? :C
Save yourself the faffing and ensure that the design you choose, be it either making or buying one that it has this feature.
Some of the above designs look like the they can possibly be removed from the left of the fence, that would be something to consider if the latter choice is made.
I have pondered about taking the grinder to my own, but have resisted so far.
Have a look at the easily removable fence on this Felder saw, it is food for thought
Nice saw BTW!

Tom, thanks for sharing that video. What a fantastic collection of bandsaw jigs.
Here is another one on bandsaw jigs and sleds

Good luck with the saw, it looks a beast!
I think Axminster tools sold that saw a few years back (still have the second last catalogue)
Not sure if they still do though.
I believe I have seen the same machine in a luthiercom.org blog titled "resaw 101" (at the end of the blog)
Can't get into my account any longer.
Anyway, I took this mock up photo of what I was talking about.
As you can see, a wider piece would be more problematic
A well made bad design :-
All the best
Tom
