Domino improvement - replacement fence and depth locking knobs

I just watched this video .....Save time with this Domino hack! - YouTube and while I have not had fence drift I thought they were a great idea so I used the link provided and ordered them. I got an email back saying due to export regulation they had to cancel my order. I sent them a scathing email explaining I have never had trouble ordering from a US company, "why are you different"
So I took out a MyUS membership and for those who don't know they provide a US address and then ship that item to Australia. Bizarrely they cancelled my order again explaining shipping to MyUS and then shipping to Australia was against export regulations. So I then gave up.

Commonly known as a Kipp handle and McMaster Carr do not export stuff for anyone. I may have caused that because I ordered something and it became a huge problem for reasons I can't recall. Find the thread details and order one from Ebay.

I'm so glad there are Aussie companies that make these. Mannetje, North east has just about every size so I will order. I didn't know what they were called and a simple google found heaps.
Chris, the attitude of McMaster Carr really p'd me off. The fact that they wouldn't even send to a USA address through MyUS claiming export regulations is complete and utter BS. I've ordered from Woodpeckers, Rockler, Taytools and many others without a problem

I understand your reaction but they can choose to do whatever they want. I recently had to buy a few small springs from them and while doing that with the help of a friend in the US found out that even US customers have problems buying from them for a few different reasons. Despite all that they are the go to place for hardware in the US.
