yes, this will be farmed out to an engineering firm who has rollers to bend/curve the steel.
from what a gather, the members are put through roller wheels and pressure is applied to one edge.

110mm x 10mm thick capacity would be ideal, but I'd consider any thing in the flat bar stakes right now.

rhs as a roof purlin
specifically to use RHS as a roof purlin in a two bay situation span 2.8m instead of common 150 c/z sections.
