I get mine from Fred Wissen at PTownSubbie (PTownSubbie aka Fred Wissen pen blanks and silicone casting molds - Chesapeake, Virginia).

My wife bought some paints to paint the barrel. Pink and lavender. Not my color choicess, but I leave it to her to make color coordinating decisions.
