A RTS 400 can easily be rebuild into a DTS 400...
A RTS 400 can easily be rebuild into a DTS 400 with some spare parts and vice versa. So with a little bit extyra you can use both... :D

As far as I understand it the Rotex didn't fail but the switch knob from chaning from random orbital sanding to rotary sanding was stuck due to debry. So the Rotex had become a single mode sander.......
