The steppers I have got were the 276oz which was the best for the 251 at the time when I bought them, the important thing is the inductance for the 251's.

If you are going to be using Gecko 251's the best drives for them are the Keling steppers that have the required inductance and the amperage will be about right for the 251. I think they are 387oz or...

I just got some from http://www.victornet.com, good prices and lots of sizes. Mine are 1/16" 1/8" etc and delivery was fast :)

The Gilding kit is from Art Gilding in Sydney.

This kit has everything for the beginner, undercoat, size, gloves, shellac and about 4 brushes as well as the gold leaf :)

Still coming to terms with the screen4 commands and it is surprising how powerful that program is. I made some changes to it...

My first feeble attempt at a screen. The size is 1024x520 pixels and it works a treat so far.

Most of the controlling is done via the shuttlepro so the screen has just enough info to work well.

I would recommend the Xylotex for simplicity too.

There are other options too such as Gecko and that would be the way to go too but will require some building of component parts etc...
