Finally done. Took about 2 weeks on and off, couple of hours a day. 4mm ply and 6mm ply backing board. Walnut stain for the dark bits, natural wood for the contrast, satin clear coat over it all....

With xmas not that far away, I thought I would have a go at this one. 19mm pine for the reindeer, 12, 9 and 6mm ply for the rest cut using a FDPSR #5 blade.

Here is a fire truck and bits and pieces - all 3/4 pine and from memory cut with a Pegas MGT #9 blade, lots of glue and paint and some stick on reflective tape.....
