If your timber is 90mm square you still will have to pass it thru the saw twice to make it 60 X 90mm

So why not get a mate to help you on the take off end feed it thru at say 50mm...

Make sure you put it right way up Smooth to the top Grooved to the underneath.
The grooves are there to let the air circulate around the bearers and also if you did put the grooves facing up...
