These blades from StewMac are made for fret slotting, the body of the blade is thicker than the outside 15mm or so to give it staility which will stop blade flex unless you try to cut too quickly...

Fred you can get an excellent pressure pot from Harbour Freight Tools in America for around A$30.00 , freight was about $50.00 to get it here which is still a lot cheaper than anything I could find...
