I'm not disagreeing with the test at all, I just question the value of the current one. As Pusser says.. access to English lessons etc would be of more value by far.

I don't see the relevance in anything any of you are saying...even in jest..surely the migrating person sitting that test couldn't possibly answer with any real knowledge until they've been here a...
